Are returns or exchanges

accepted? 

Due to the nature of the product that is made to order. we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives defective or damaged. please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us in case your item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the problem and correct it, IMPORTANT: it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size / color. and if you want to exchange an item for being defective or damaged you must contact us to our whatsapp: +57 324 2747236, or to our email Stykelshopofficial@gmail.com, and send proof (pictures) that your product is damaged or defective. 

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

We take between 5 and 7 (on average 6) days to produce and ship the products. then you must add the shipping times (5-7 days) although it may vary depending on where the place to be shipped is.
